Russian e-seller Wildberries starts working in Germany
MOSCOW, Jan 14 (PRIME) -- Russian online retailer Wildberries has started working on the German market, the company said on Thursday in a statement.
“Wildberries…announces about the start of work on one of Europe’s largest markets. Germany has become the 10th country of the company’s presence,” the statement read.
Buyers in Germany will be offered about 4 million items. Delivery will be done via logistics partners, and orders will be collected at pick-up points or by couriers.
“Wildberries plans to enter the markets of France, Italy, and Spain soon. Our new buyers will be offered a wide assortment of goods both at affordable prices and from the premium segment,” the seller’s Director for Development Vyacheslav Ivashchenko said.
In 2020, Wildberries started working in Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine, and Israel.
